FAQ

Defect Warranty:

Our products are all handmade and are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper use, alteration, accident, or any other event beyond the control of Bitter Babe. This warranty does not cover damage that may result from misuse or negligence. All warranty claims must be made through email. bitterbabedesigns@outlook.com

Washing Instructions:

Tees & Sweatshirts: Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Hang for best care. Do not iron on design.

Hats: You will need a bowl of soapy water, a bowl of clean water, a bristle brush or toothbrush and a microfiber cloth. (It must be a microfiber cloth to prevent any lint transfer.)

Take your bristle brush and dip it into the soapy water. Brush your hat in a circle motion. Be careful not to get any water on the leather patch. Once you're done cleaning your hat with the soapy water, take your bristle brush and dip in the clean water. With the same circular motion, use the brush to remove any leftover soap. Use the microfiber cloth to remove excess moisture. Let air dry

Tumbler Instructions:

  • not dishwasher safe
  • not microwave safe
  • avoid extreme heat
  • hand wash only
  • do not soak

Turnaround time:

Our turnaround time is 7-14 business days. If there are any changes, there will be a notification at the top of the home page.

Processing + Shipping + Returns

Processing time:

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. This DOES NOT include shipping time from me to you. 

Backpack & Diaper Bag preorder has a shipping time of 3 weeks.

Shipping:

Items cannot be added to your order after it is placed. This is to protect me and you from any mistakes that could be made. 

USPS is experiencing major delays. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track it on the USPS website with the tracking number. We suggest signing up for Informed Delivery on the USPS website to track all of your packages and get text or email alerts. 

Orders headed to Canada will take longer to get to you since they have to go through the border. Please keep that in mind when you are shopping.

Another common issue with USPS is when a package is marked as delivered and is not. In most cases, it will arrive in a day or two. I definitely understand that this can be frustrating. If you do not want to wait a day or 2, you can contact your local post office. They will be able to see the coordinates of where is was scanned as delivered. If your order is not delivered or is delivered damage, you will be able to file a claim with ROUTE. 

We are not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect mailing address. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. If your package, does make it back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with reshipping your order. 

Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products and COVID-19, we are not able to accept returns.

Order Cancellation:

We start working on your order as soon as it is place. This means we are purchasing the materials or making your order. Do to this, we cannot cancel orders. If you have any questions, please email bitterbabedesigns@outlook.com before ordering.
